The site is located in Xiamen, close to Wuyuanwan wetland park. The length of the project area is about 400m, and its width is about 300m, resulting in an area arond 65 km2 . On the south there is a high speed road, and on the east, the wetland park is located.
The main architecture theme is inspired by the Round Hakka Courtyard houses of Fujian Province. The Courtyard provides privacy and community space at the same time. The Beautiful Rice Terrace Landscape of Fujian is another important inspiration both for Landscape modellation and for the Buildings.
