The design concept evolves from the idea to create a very strong, characteristic and recognizable identity for the software park with first class facilities, comprehensive functions, top services and a beautiful environment.
The site is surrounded by existing city developments with various functions in the east, west and south side and provides the opportunity of fast and convenient traffic connections. But the site also has some challenging parameters defined by existing highways, train tracks, natural hills and the site boundary, which divides the land into several different sections.
The design suggests the formation of 5 clusters, each formed as unique "中" of organic and dynamic shapes with individual characteristics, connected by a green spine, accommodating common facilities for sports and recreational activities.
