The design guideline is to create a livable and sustainable city with convenient transportation. The overall planning goal is “urban landscape and ecological island“. By defining the guidance and regulation of urban design, which are “public transportation, livable community, intelligent city, mountains and farmland by the sea“, an “open island, dynamic island, intelligent island and ecological island“ is created.
Located at the southern part of the landscape belt, it lies from the east to the west three zones: south European classic zone, modern classic zone and traditional Chinese building zone, all of which are developed with low-density and high-quality buildings of the functional positioning of commercial, residential, trade, health care and sports. Architectural art, landscape art and public art interact with one another to inspire the most dynamic landscape sparkles of the planning area.
