Culture Wave City is a system of underground open and enclosed spaces and passageways accommodating retail, gastronomy and cultural facilities. The main level is linked with the surface with numerous sunken plazasand gardens, providing circulation options, daylighting and view connections. The landscaped surface and theunderground level are interwoven with each other by a vibrant wave structure. The head of the axis is formed by a huge terrace, floating over the river, on which spectators can watch the gigantic wave rolling up the river, once a year.
