The project is located at Jinan City Shandong Province. The major building is the warehouse, whose area is 23,305 square meters, and clear height is 10.5m. And the main office area and the receiving-shipping area are located in the Warehouse.390 square meters’ Boiler Room and 89 square meters’ Guard house will also be constructed as the auxiliary buildings.

OBERMEYER represent the client’s interests in controlling the project progress as an interdisciplinary planning and controlling unit.
