The site is located in COFCO Agricultural Eco Valley area, Fangshan District, about 40 kilometers from Beijing City, about 30 kilometers away from the capital new airport.
The design inspiration comes from the character “田”, to express the theme of ecology, health industry, to create one center, two axes, five yards of the planning structure.
One Center
A sunken plaza is designed at the center of the park while 4 sunken gardens are set at 4 surrounding blocks, all of which are connected to become a complete slow traffic system. It is the core area of urban life.
Two Axes
Two landscape axes cross at the central plaza. The horizontal axis connects the intelligent farm with talent apartments. Two axes are the key step of the sponge city demonstration zone.
Five Yards
One yard will be set in each block with the theme of gold, wood, water, fire and earth. The five yards are connected with the center plaza via two landscape axes. As the public place for communication, they promote the life quality of the park.
