Culture Wave City is a system of underground open and enclosed spaces and passageways accommodating retail, gastronomy and cultural facilities. The main level is linked with the surface with numerous sunken plazas and gardens, providing circulation options, daylighting and view connections. The landscaped surface and the underground level get interwoven with each other with a vibrant wave structure.
