BMW’s parts distribution center in Lingang Shanghai with the cooperation of GLP Lingang. The project has a 50,000 sqm warehouse including 2,000 sqm offices and a dangerous goods warehouse of round 5000 sqm.
In design stage, OBERMEYER reviewed the whole design documents including all drawings and compared the compliance with BMW’s standard. In construction stage, OBERMEYER acted as project management company of BMW, supervising the whole construction process. OBERMEYER provided still services on coordinating with the designated supplier of BMW, for example the rack installation company.
