Qingdao German Enterprise Center is an essential part of the Cluster 2 of Sino-German Eco Park, a new dynamic development area located in Huangdao District of Qingdao which is a pilot sustainable project cooperated between Chinese government and German government, institutions and partners.
Lying in the southeast of the Sino-German Eco Park Cluster 2, German Enterprise Center covers an area of 2.83 Ha and will function as an important office building area and a significant transition between the green city belt and Heluobu water reservoir which plays a crucial role in the overall ecological system.
With the contemporary urban design and ecological background the overall landscape design concept for the Qingdao German Enterprise Center is to create a high German quality landscape. Proposed landscape design adopts the essence of the contemporary German design, transits it into the Qingdao local context, in order to offer users a usable, interactive and diverse outdoor spaces with comfortable human scale. Furthermore site engages resilient design idea. Users can experience a brand new sustainable work-life environment.
