The Zhongguancun SOHO lies in the western core area of Zhongguancun, known as the “Chinese Silicon Valley”.
As part of this high-tech quarter the SOHO features a curved high-tech double façade, that encloses a highrise twin tower. With it's state of the art technology it is among the most advanced office buildings in China. The open floorplan and the use of a column-free façade create an atmosphere of openness and transparency. Two round office lobbies are situated in the centers of both towers and generate a generous and distinguished office location. The building has 13 above ground floors with office and commercial use as well as 4 underground floors.
