Lately, OBERMEYER together with its partners - the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design (CAUPD) and Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design Research (SZAD), have been awarded into the TOP 3 at the International Competition for Urban Design of the Dongxizhuang Area, Panyu District in Guangzhou.
