OBERMEYER Award-winning works: The World-Class High-Tech Intelligent Electronics Manufacturing Complex has been rewarded the 14th Golden Yuanye-Award. With the design concept of intelligent assembly, highly efficient logistics and following the principles of people-oriented-design and efficiency-first, the project has successfully established the large-scale manufacturing centre of about 600，000m m2 GFA within a human-scale productive high-tech-park.

The OBERMEYER design team combined research on classical architecture with modular design, starting from both the production and human dimensions. Through efficient and rational logistics, human-scale design, and functional identification of facades, the entire park is unified through integrated design. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on ecological protection and sustainable development as well as the incorporation of the southern lingan-style and colours. The existing century-old banyan tree is preserved and protected using the height difference of the terrain, providing a banyan tree square for the park's public space. The north-south green corridor ensures that local biological ecological networks are not fractured by the new manufacturing centre.

Currently, the project is in the final stage of construction. We will cover the project more extensively upon its completion.
