Recently, OBERMEYER officially became a member of the Shanghai Urban Regeneration Pioneer Union.
As a member of the Shanghai Urban Regeneration Pioneer Union, OBERMEYER will leverage its professional expertise in Urban Design, Architectural Design, and Engineering Consulting related with Urban Regeneration / Renewal across both China and Germany. Together with the other 160 cross-disciplinary and cross-section union members, OBERMEYER will deliver forward-thinking, high-quality, and practical design solutions for Shanghai’s urban regeneration, and contribute to the advancement of Shanghai’s planning and design initiatives.
About the Shanghai Urban Regeneration Pioneer Union
The Shanghai Urban Regeneration Pioneer Union was established under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau to explore high-quality development models for urban regeneration in Shanghai. Its member organizations span the whole industrial value chain such as real estate developer, financial investment, asset evaluation, industrial planning and consulting, urban planning and architectural design, legal services, and information technology. Notable members include institutions such as the China Development Bank Shanghai Branch, Vanke, Kerry Properties, China Resources Land, and Alibaba Cloud.
