Invited by Krones, OBERMEYER design team attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Krones Factory & Office Extension Phase IV on November 16th, 2016. Mr. Eagle, General Manager of Krones, expressed his cordial thanks to Taicang Government and the High-Tech Zone committee for their support to the company's development and introduced the future planning of the factory to the attendees.

The project is located in the economic development zone in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, combining the different functions of machinery manufacturing, offices and warehouse. The new design concept shall be introduced based on the existing Phase I, II, III and surrounding environment to create an ecological, energy-efficient and environmental-intelligent factory on a plot with an area of 48,893 sqm. The manufactoring functions (incl. warehouse) are located at ground level while office area is placed on the 4th floor. OBERMEYER provides several services including architectural & interior design and project management .and technical consulting. Drawings will be finished by the end of 2016 and construction is expected to start at the beginning of 2017.
